Role Description
The Paid Ads Specialist role at SERPanch The Web Chief is a full-time, in office position based in Vadodara. The specialist is responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant networks. Day-to-day tasks include keyword and audience research, ad copy creation, setting up tracking, monitoring performance metrics, and making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI and conversion rates.



The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and creative teams to align campaign messaging with broader brand and business objectives, preparing performance reports, and recommending strategies for ongoing improvement. This position requires a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a strong focus on delivering consistent, high-quality campaign outcomes.

Qualifications
- Solid understanding of paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and campaign management best practices.
- Experience with performance analysis, including interpreting metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Ability to conduct audience and keyword research, and to develop targeted ad sets and relevant ad copy.
- Familiarity with analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, tag managers, conversion tracking, UTM parameters).
- Strong written and verbal
