Role Description
The Relationship Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Coimbatore Area. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of customers, building long-term relationships, and ensuring a positive client experience. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, understanding their financial needs, explaining product offerings, and assisting with loan applications and documentation.



The role involves regular follow-ups, resolving customer queries, coordinating with internal teams for approvals and disbursements, and tracking repayment schedules. The Relationship Manager will also support business development activities, contribute to local market outreach, and maintain accurate records in line with company policies and compliance standards.
