The Challenge
As an Implementation Consultant,
you will handle the overall responsibility for the customer relationship by working directly with our customers to enhance their overall user experience with the OneTrust Privacy and Data Governance platform. Following the sales process, consultants become the primary customer contact responsible for building and maintain the relationship, leading the implementation of the solution, and managing customer expectations throughout the engagements.

The Implementation Consultant has a clear understanding of the privacy industry, including regulatory environment, and uses this knowledge to support all the primary responsibilities.
