We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bank Loan Expert specializing in Home Loans and Student Loans. The ideal candidate will guide customers through the complete lending journeyfrom initial consultation and eligibility assessment to loan approval and disbursement—while ensuring full compliance with banking regulations and internal credit policies.

This role requires strong financial analysis skills, exceptional customer relationship management, and a proven ability to achieve loan sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation
- Advise customers on home loan and education loan products.
- Explain interest rates, repayment options, loan tenures, eligibility criteria, and associated charges.
- Recommend loan solutions tailored to each customer's financial profile and borrowing needs.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through exceptional service.

Loan Origination & Processing
- Assist customers in completing loan applications accurately.
- Collect, verify, and validate required documentation, including:
- Income proof
- Bank statements




- Credit reports
- Property documents
- Academic records and admission letters (for student loans)
- Coordinate with internal credit, legal, valuation, and operations teams to ensure timely loan processing.
- Monitor applications from submission through final disbursement.

Credit & Risk Assessment
- Evaluate customer creditworthiness using financial statements and credit reports.
- Calculate debt-to-income (DTI) ratios and repayment capacity.
- Identify lending risks and recommend appropriate loan structures.
- Ensure all lending decisions comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Sales & Business Development
- Generate recent business through referrals, partnerships, and customer networking.
- Meet monthly and quarterly loan disbursement targets.
- Cross-sell banking products including:
- Credit Cards
- Savings & Current Accounts
- Insurance Products
- Investment Products
