We're looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Strategist who understands how to build brands—not just create content.

In this role, you'll be responsible for developing social media strategies, planning content ecosystems, identifying growth opportunities, and creating content roadmaps that align with business objectives. You'll work closely with our creative, production, and performance marketing teams to turn strategy into impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive social media strategies for clients across multiple industries.
- Create monthly and quarterly content strategies aligned with business goals.
- Research target audiences, competitors, and industry trends.
- Build content pillars and campaign concepts for social media.
- Develop content calendars and creative briefs for designers and video editors.
- Plan high-performing Reels, carousels, short-form videos, and campaign content.




- Collaborate with designers, videographers, editors, copywriters, and marketers throughout the content production process.
- Analyze social media performance and refine strategies based on insights.
- Identify new content opportunities using platform trends and audience behavior.
- Participate in client meetings to understand business objectives and present strategic recommendations.
- Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.

Required Skills
- Robust understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Excellent knowledge of social media strategy and content marketing.
- Experience creating content frameworks and campaign ideas.
- Understanding of branding and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Ability to conduct market and competitor research.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemi
