Position: Executive – Purchase

Location: Bangalore

Experience Required: More then 3 Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities

1. Bought-Out Parts (BOP) Development

Identify and develop suppliers.

Float RFQs and collect quotations.

Conduct commercial negotiations.

Perform technical evaluation of supplier quotations.

Manage PPAP and IMDS documentation.

2. Indirect Purchasing

Handle RFQ processes for indirect materials/services.

Compare quotations and finalize vendors.

Create and release Purchase Orders (POs).

Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders.

3. Project Coordination

Track BOP requirements for new projects.





Work closely with the Project and Stores teams.

Coordinate supplier audits.

Ideal Candidate

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Knowledge of automotive purchase processes.

Experience with RFQ, PPAP, and supplier coordination.

Good communication and coordination skills.
