We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage our export-related accounting, MIS reporting, and daily financial operations. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of Tally, Excel, and skilled email correspondence.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounting & Tally: Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, sales/purchase entries, and general ledger maintenance in Tally.
- Export Documentation & Accounting: Manage export-related financial transactions, documentation, and compliance.
- MIS Reporting: Prepare and maintain timely MIS reports (Management Information System) in Excel for management review.
- Excel Management: Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze financial data, reconcile bank statements, and track outstanding payments.
- Professional Communication: Handle professional email correspondence with clients, vendors,
and banking partners.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3+ years of core accounting experience (experience in an export-oriented company is a strong plus).
- Software Skills: Hands-on expertise in Tally and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas).
- Communication: Good written communication skills for professional Email drafting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic tax compliances.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
