TalkHear Speech & Hearing Clinic in Dwarka, New Delhi, was established to offer speech-language and audiological services at a moderate cost while maintaining high standards of quality and care. Since 2016, the clinic has focused on providing certified and consistent therapy for individuals with speech and language difficulties. Services include support for pronunciation challenges, stuttering or stammering, voice-related issues, and hearing loss. The clinic also addresses conditions such as ringing in the ears and balance disorders, aiming to improve communication, confidence, and daily functioning for clients.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Special Educator role based in New Delhi. The Special Educator will work closely with children and adults who have learning, communication, or developmental challenges, designing individualized education plans to support their academic and functional skills. Daily tasks include assessing learning needs, preparing structured teaching materials, and delivering sessions that reinforce language, cognition,



and social skills in collaboration with speech-language and audiology professionals. The role involves maintaining detailed progress records, communicating regularly with families and caregivers, and coordinating with the clinical team to align educational goals with therapeutic interventions. The Special Educator is also expected to participate in case discussions, contribute to multidisciplinary planning, and help create an inclusive, supportive environment for all clients.

Qualifications
- Robust skills in individualized education planning, classroom management, and adapting curriculum for learners with diverse needs.
- Experience in working with children with learning disabilities, developmental delays, or communication disorders, preferably in a clinical or school setting.
