WordPress Administrator to manage, maintain, and enhance our WordPress-based websites. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with plugin management, security best practices, and custom development. You will play a key role in ensuring our web infrastructure is secure, up-to-date, and optimized for performance and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Regularly update and test WordPress plugins and themes.
- Evaluate recent plugins for functionality, compatibility, and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve plugin conflicts or issues.

Security Maintenance:
- Implement and monitor WordPress security best practices.
- Perform regular backups and ensure disaster recovery readiness.
- Monitor site performance, uptime, and vulnerabilities.
- Manage user roles and permissions securely.

Development Customization:
- Customize themes and plugins to meet business needs.
- Develop custom plugins or functionality as required.
- Collaborate with designers and content teams to implement new features.
- Optimize websites for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness.

Technical Support:




- Provide technical support and training to internal teams.
- Document processes, configurations, and updates.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a WordPress Administrator or Developer.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress core, themes, and plugins.
- Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
- Experience with security tools like Wordfence, Sucuri, or similar.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Understanding of SEO principles and performance optimization.
- Experience with staging environments and deployment workflows.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with WooCommerce or other e-commerce plugins.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and headless WordPress setups.
- Experience with hosting platforms like WP Engine, Kinsta, or SiteGround.
