What We’re Looking For

-Core Skills:

• Laravel & PHP Expertise:

• Robust hands-on experience in Laravel framework, PHP, and backend application development.

• API & Database Management:

• Experience building REST APIs and working with MySQL or other relational databases.

• System Architecture Knowledge:

• Understanding scalable backend architectures, caching, queues, and application optimization.

• Cloud & DevOps Familiarity:

• Exposure cloud platforms, deployment processes, Git,



and CI/CD workflows.

-Functional Strengths:

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Ability to design scalable and maintainable backend systems.

• Experience managing multiple projects and development teams.

• Understanding Agile development methodologies.

-Stakeholder & Communication:

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Proven experience in requirement analysis and technical solutioning. • Ability to work independently in a remote or distributed work environment.
