Key Responsibilities

Flight Operations ● Conduct pre-flight inspections, safety checks, and mission planning in accordance with established procedures. ● Safely and skillfully operate various types of UAS platforms to capture required data. ● Monitor weather and airspace conditions to ensure secure flight execution. ● Maintain accurate flight logs and records. ● Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to drone hardware and software. ● Pilot the AeroClean, Skyvertise, and Sentinel platforms in demanding real-world environments, holding perfect mid-air stability in up to 25km/h crosswinds. ● Execute complex flight plans while managing continuous ground-to-air tethered water hoses, heavy LED advertising screens, and gyro-stabilized optical payloads. ● Operate Android-based Ground Control Stations for night-time surveillance missions, utilizing 640480 P thermal detection and 30x optical zoom to secure perimeters. ● Oversee the quick-swappable battery systems, hardware diagnostics,



and on-site setup to ensure non-stop enterprise deployment.Execute strict fail-safe protocols (including Return-to-Home triggers and GNSS redundancy) to guarantee zero liability and total operational safety over complex Indian infrastructure.

Required

● Valid DGCA Directorate General of Civil Aviation) Remote Pilot Certificate ● Proven experience as a Drone Pilot, preferably in commercial applications. ● Demonstrated proficiency in operating multi-rotor and/or fixed-wing UAS. ● Strong understanding of aviation safety principles, air space regulations, and mission planning software. ● Excellent technical troubleshooting skills. ● Deep understanding of drone anatomy—flight controllers, telemetry data, ESCs, carbon-fiber chassis maintenance, and Indian-made GNSS modules. ● Ability to read wind conditions, spatial complexities, and structural hazards (like high-rise downdrafts and signal interference). ● Absolute calm under pressure.
