ImpactX Bridge is focused on transforming how CSR funds reach grassroots NGOs with trust, speed, and verified impact. We're building digital rails that connect capital, credibility, and measurable change across India's ₹25,000 Cr+ CSR ecosystem. Our platform is developing a smart matching engine to link verified NGOs with CSR teams, high-net-worth individuals, and foundations, backed by a trust and compliance layer with due diligence and audit trail capabilities. We're also building an impact operating system and philanthropy infrastructure to help NGOs become fund-ready, digitally visible, and discoverable as validated partners for institutional giving.

Role Description

As the Founding CTO at ImpactX Bridge, you'll lead the end to end technology vision and execution for India's CSR tech infrastructure. This is a remote role, with a preference for candidates based in Kerala, India. You'll architect and build scalable systems including the smart matching engine, trust and compliance workflows, verified NGO discovery tools, and B2B2NGO rails. Day to day,



you'll oversee software development, set technology standards, manage the product and platform roadmap, and ensure security, reliability, and regulatory compliance. You'll work closely with product, operations, and impact teams to translate ecosystem needs into working technology, while hiring, mentoring, and building out the engineering team as we grow. You'll also evaluate technology choices, manage vendor relationships, and represent the tech function in conversations with partners and stakeholders.

Qualifications
• Robust full stack development experience, comfortable building scalable platforms or marketplaces from scratch

• Solid understanding of cloud based, modular system design and the ability to set a practical technology roadmap

• Comfortable owning a project end to end in a small, fast moving team, from concept to deployment

• Exposure to data security, compliance, or regulatory
