Finance Transformation
As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.

Work you'll do
As a Senior Consultant, Functional Transformation on the Finance Transformation team, you will be responsible for leading Oracle EPCM solution delivery across finance transformation engagements.
- Lead the design and development of Oracle Enterprise Profitability and Cost Management applications based on business and functional requirements.
- Design allocation rules, custom calculations, and Groovy business rules to support profitability, cost management,



and financial performance analysis.
- Architect and implement data integration processes using Data Management to load data from Oracle Fusion General Ledger and other Oracle Enterprise Performance Management applications.
- Design and deliver customized reports, dashboards, and Excel-based financial models; perform data validation, reconciliation, and integration with other Oracle Enterprise Performance Management modules.
- Contribute across all project phases from requirements gathering through Hypercare, including end-user training, system performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and mentoring junior team members.
