Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive safety management system (SMS) for high rise building projects.
- Provide training on construction safety, fire safety, and other relevant topics to employees.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop risk assessments and incident investigations reports.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as IOSH, Adis, Workplace Health Safety (EHS), High Rise Building Regulations etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 15-24 years of experience in HSE Management in Construction Industry with expertise in SMS implementation & maintenance.
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil.
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Fire Safety, HIRA (Hazard Identification Risk Assessment), EHS regulations.
