The Role

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to own and run our entire digital demand engine. This is not a brand awareness role. Your core mandate is to generate qualified pipeline, which means the right businesses, in the right markets, showing up on our calendar for discovery calls. You will own paid acquisition, social media, the website and its conversion, content that fuels outbound, marketing automation, and the analytics that prove what is working. You will partner closely with the founder and the business development team to turn marketing activity into booked meetings and signed clients. Because our clients and prospects sit in the US, this is an on site role at our Guwahati office, run on a night shift aligned to US working hours.

What You Will Own

Demand generation and paid acquisition

• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn to drive qualified inbound enquiries from our target markets.

• Own budget allocation, bidding, audience targeting, and cost per qualified lead.





• Build and test landing pages and offers that turn paid and organic traffic into booked discovery calls.

SEO, website, and conversion

• Own the company website as a conversion asset, including messaging, page structure, calls to action, and lead capture.

• Drive organic visibility through on page SEO, technical hygiene, and a content plan built around buyer intent keywords.

• Run conversion rate optimisation through structured A/B testing of copy, layout, creative, and forms.

Content, social media, and brand

• Own the company social media presence end to end, including LinkedIn and any other channels we activate, covering the content calendar, posting, and engagement.

• Plan and produce creative that performs, including social posts, ad creative, case studies, comparison pages, landing copy, and email sequences.

• Grow reach and engagement on social, and turn audience attention into qualified enquiries.
