Role Description
The AR Caller role at T3Cogno is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. In this role, the AR Caller will contact insurance companies and other payers to follow up on claims, verify coverage, and resolve payment-related issues. The role involves reviewing patient accounts,



identifying outstanding balances, updating claim status, and documenting all interactions in the system with high accuracy. The AR Caller will work closely with billing teams to address denials, escalate complex issues, and ensure timely recovery of receivables. Day-to-day responsibilities also include meeting productivity and quality targets, adhering to compliance guidelines, and maintaining professional communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English for calling and documentation.
- Experience in accounts receivable, medical billing, or healthcare revenue cycle processes, with ability to understand EOBs and claim statuses.
- Attention to detail and data entry accuracy, with proficiency in using billing software, CRM tools, and MS Office applications.
