Job Title: IT Recruiter (Remote – India)
Location: Remote (India) EST time
Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based IT positions, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
- Source, identify, and recruit highly qualified IT professionals for
C2C (Corp-to-Corp), W2, and 1099
opportunities.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Screen candidates for technical skills, communication, work authorization, availability, and rate expectations.
- Conduct initial technical and behavioral interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and ensure a seamless hiring process.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, vendors, and candidates.
- Work closely with Account Managers and Sales teams to understand client requirements and deliver qualified candidates within deadlines.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Stay up to date with US IT market trends, emerging technologies, and recruiting best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in US IT Staffing and Technical Recruitment.
- Proven experience recruiting candidates for
C2C, W2, and 1099
positions.
- Strong understanding of
US work authorizations
, including USC, GC, GC-EAD, H-1B, OPT, CPT, and TN.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, Indeed, and ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven remote environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
