Role Overview

AltaDX is looking for a Business Analyst with 2–5 years of experience working in an IT services or product-based company. The ideal candidate should have experience interacting with clients, understanding business requirements, preparing functional documentation, and coordinating with development and cross-functional teams.

The candidate should be able to translate business needs into transparent, actionable requirements and support the project throughout its development and delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Interact with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
- Conduct requirement-gathering and requirement-elicitation sessions through meetings,



interviews, workshops, and discussions.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into clear functional and technical requirements.
- Prepare and maintain documentation such as:
- Business Requirement Documents (BRD)
- Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
- Software Requirement Specifications (SRS)
- User stories
- Use cases
- Process flows
- Acceptance criteria
- Meeting notes and requirement traceability documents
- Coordinate with development, design, quality assurance, and project management teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Participate in requirement walkthroughs, sprint planning, review meetings, demonstrations, and project status discussions.
- Manage and track requirements, tasks, user stories, and project updates using tools such as Jira or similar pr
