Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Human Resources team in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. This internship offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process and day-to-day HR activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
- Assist in onboarding and documentation of new hires.
- Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy.
- Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel,



PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification
- Pursuing or recently completed MBA (HR) or BBA.
- Candidates with an interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition are encouraged to apply.

Internship Duration
- 3 to 6 Months (Flexible based on organizational requirements)
