About the Role:

We are looking for a highly disciplined and execution-focused Warehouse Manager to lead our

warehouse operations. This role requires someone who can build a high-performance culture,

improve team productivity, and ensure seamless order fulfillment across multiple sales channels.

The ideal candidate leads by example, maintains high standards of accountability, and believes that

operational excellence is built through consistency, planning, and people management.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Operations

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management,

picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.

• Ensure timely and accurate order processing across all sales channels.

• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular audits and cycle counts.

• Implement and improve warehouse SOPs.

• Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and compliance.

Team Leadership & Culture Building

• Lead, mentor,



and manage a team of approximately 15 warehouse associates.

• Build a culture of ownership, discipline, punctuality, and accountability.

• Monitor individual employee productivity using defined KPIs.

• Conduct coaching and performance reviews.

Productivity & Performance Management

• Track and improve per-person productivity metrics.

• Prepare operational reports and drive process improvements.

Daily Planning & Execution

• Prepare daily manpower allocation plans across Marketplace, D2C and B2B channels.

• Coordinate with procurement, customer support and logistics teams.

Leadership Expectations

• Lead by example with a strong work ethic and hands-on involvement.

• Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership by remaining fully committed to operational priorities

during working hours and leading the team through actions, especially during peak business

periods.
