Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Projects Control Engineer role based in Srinagar. The Projects Control Engineer will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting,



and progress tracking for geospatial and digital twin initiatives. Daily responsibilities include developing and maintaining project schedules, monitoring performance indicators, preparing status reports and dashboards, and coordinating with engineering, operations, and technology teams to ensure alignment with project objectives. The role involves analyzing risks and variances, recommending corrective actions, and supporting resource allocation to keep projects on time and within budget. The Projects Control Engineer will also contribute to continuous improvement of project control processes and tools and assist in ensuring adherence to company standards and client requirements.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, and project controls tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera or similar), with the ability to track milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Competence in cost control, budgeting, and financial analysis
