We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Counter Billing Executive to manage daily billing operations at our retail store.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and generate invoices for customer purchases accurately using the billing.
- Ensure correct pricing, discounts, taxes (GST), and quantities are reflected in customer bills.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Warehouse, and Accounts teams to ensure timely billing and product dispatch.
- Maintain daily billing records and update customer account details.
- Verify stock details with the warehouse before billing, when required.
- Handle customer billing queries, invoice corrections, and resolve billing-related issues promptly.
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, delivery challans, and billing records.
- Assist the accounts team with payment reconciliation and month-end closing activities.
Qualifications
- Higher Secondary (12th Pass) And any degree.
- 1–3 years of experience in retail billing, invoicing, or cashier/billing operations.
- Experience using ERP or other retail billing software is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in retail, wholesale, or trading businesses.
- Familiarity with inventory and stock-related billing processes.
