Role & responsibilities

1. Prepare Technical Specification Sheets based on customer enquiries, tender documents, datasheets, and project specifications.
2. Prepare Techno-Commercial Offers in accordance with customer specifications, API/ASME/ISO standards, and company guidelines.
3. Review RFQs, technical specifications, P&IDs;, GA drawings, datasheets, and customer requirements to recommend the appropriate valve selection.
4. Coordinate with Design, Production, Purchase, Quality, Planning, and Sales departments to ensure timely submission of quotations and smooth order execution.
5. Provide technical support to the Sales team during pre-order and post-order activities.
6. Prepare cost estimates, BOMs, and technical documentation required for quotation and order processing.

Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of industrial valves and valve applications.
- Experience in preparing specification sheets and techno-commercial offers.
- Knowledge of API, ASME,



ANSI, ASTM, ISO, and customer specifications.
- Ability to read and interpret P&IDs;, engineering drawings, GA drawings, and datasheets.
- Good understanding of valve selection, pressure class, materials, and end connections.
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple enquiries within deadlines.

Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in application engineering, quotation preparation, or technical sales support.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
