Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Team Leader role based in Chandigarh. The Team Leader will oversee day-to-day project activities,



coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include assigning tasks, monitoring progress, providing guidance and feedback, and resolving operational issues to keep projects on track. The role involves collaborating closely with clients and internal stakeholders, preparing reports and documentation, and supporting decision-making with data-driven insights. The Team Leader will also contribute to process improvements and mentor team members to enhance performance and capability.
