We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Finance Assistant to support our Accounts and Finance department. The candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with GST and other statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Record daily financial transactions.
- Prepare sales and purchase entries.
- Maintain accounting records in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Prepare GST-related documents and assist in GST filing.
- Bank reconciliation and cash book maintenance.
- Generate invoices and follow up on payments.
- Maintain vendor and customer accounts.
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
- Handle e-way bills, purchase orders, and documentation.
- Maintain proper filing of invoices and financial documents.
- Coordinate with auditors and management whenever required.
Requirements:-
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred.
- Freshers with good accounting knowledge may also apply.
- Knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Good understanding of GST and basic taxation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:-
- Experience in a manufacturing industry is an advantage.
- Knowledge of inventory accounting.
- Familiarity with ICEGATE or export documentation is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
