About The Opportunity
A fast-growing cybersecurity solutions provider operating in the Enterprise SaaS and Cloud Security sector, we help global organizations secure data, enforce compliance, and mitigate insider threats using industry-leading platforms like Zscaler and DLP technologies. Our engineers architect, implement, and optimize zero-trust security architectures that protect sensitive data across endpoints, cloud apps, and networks—delivering scalable, policy-driven security at enterprise scale.

Role & Responsibilities
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Zscaler Private Access (ZPA), Zero Trust Exchange (ZDX), and DLP policies across enterprise environments.
- Deploy and optimize Data Loss Prevention (DLP) rulesets across email, cloud apps, endpoints, and web channels with granular policy enforcement.
- Respond to and resolve L2/L3 security incidents related to Zscaler connectivity, DLP violations, policy misconfigurations, and user access issues.
- Collaborate with SOC and IT teams to tune detection logic, reduce false positives,



and align DLP policies with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
- Design and implement automation workflows (via APIs/CLI) for DLP policy management, incident triage, and Zscaler service health monitoring.
- Document configurations, runbooks, and escalation procedures; mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge base improvements.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Zscaler ZPA
- Zscaler Zero Trust Exchange
- Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
- SIEM integration (e.g., Splunk, QRadar)
- Security policy enforcement
- API automation (Python, REST)

Preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Purview DLP
- Tanium or Jamf for endpoint DLP enforcement
- Certifications: ZCSP, CISSP, or CC
