We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resource Executive to manage key HR functions, including payroll processing, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, and HR reporting. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, and possess strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within defined timelines.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs to enhance workplace culture.
- Handle employee queries and foster positive employee relations.
- Coordinate the performance management cycle, including appraisals and feedback processes.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies,



statutory regulations, and labor laws.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support various HR initiatives and organizational objectives.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduate qualification preferred).
- 3-5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry will be preferred.
- Knowledge of payroll processing, recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Familiarity with HRMS and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Robust interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
