The Cost Controller will lead cost management and business finance
, ensuring profitability and efficiency across the organization. This role offers significant ownership and the opportunity to influence business outcomes through effective cost optimization and control mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee product costing and COGS analysis
- Manage vendor costing and strengthen procure-to-pay (P2P) processes
- Drive inventory valuation, variance analysis, and expense governance
- Enforce financial controls and support budgeting & forecasting
- Partner with leadership to improve profitability and operational efficiency
Ideal Candidate
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–4 years of experience
- Background in FMCG, Consumer, Manufacturing, or D2C environments
- Solid knowledge of cost accounting, procurement controls, and inventory management
- Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making
