Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) who can generate quality leads, acquire new clients, and grow our domestic as well as international business. The ideal candidate should have experience in IT service sales and strong communication & negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, referrals, networking, and other channels.
- Identify new business opportunities in India and international markets.
- Conduct client meetings and requirement gathering.




- Prepare proposals, quotations, and project estimates.
- Coordinate with the technical team for project discussions.
- Follow up with prospects and close deals.
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills
- 6+ months of experience in IT Business Development or IT Sales.
- Excellent English communication (written & verbal).
- Experience in selling Website Development, Software Development, Mobile Apps, SEO, or Digital Marketing services.
- Robust negotiation and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, CRM tools, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
