Role & responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Security Investigation team, ensuring timely, impartial, and skilled investigations.
- Plan, assign, monitor, and review investigation cases based on priority, severity, and business impact.
- Conduct end-to-end investigations related to theft, pilferage, material loss, unauthorized activities, and other security incidents.
- Define investigation timelines for different categories of cases and ensure all investigations are completed within the committed timelines.
- Ensure critical and high-priority cases are immediately escalated and closely monitored until closure.
- Allocate investigation cases to team members based on complexity, experience, and workload.
- Collect, preserve, and document physical evidence, CCTV footage, access control records, and other supporting information while maintaining the chain of custody.
- Analyse CCTV footage, access logs, transaction records, and other available evidence to reconstruct incident timelines and identify root causes.




- Perform detailed root cause analysis and recommend effective corrective and preventive measures.
- Prepare comprehensive investigation reports with factual findings, supporting evidence, timelines, conclusions, and recommendations.
- Review investigation reports prepared by team members to ensure quality, accuracy, and completeness before case closure.
- Conduct regular case review meetings to monitor investigation progress, remove bottlenecks, and ensure timely closure of pending cases.
- Conduct surveillance, intelligence gathering, and surprise checks to identify potential security threats and repeat offenders.

Preferred candidate profile
- 5 - 8 years of experience in Security Investigation, Corporate Security, Manufacturing Security, Loss Prevention.
- Experience independently leading investigations in a large manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Experience managing investigation teams and handling multiple high-priority cases simultaneously.
