Factory Manager – Administration, Compliance & Facility Operations

Location: Greater Noida / Jewar, Uttar Pradesh

Role Summary

The Factory Manager will oversee factory administration, statutory compliance, facility management, safety, maintenance, and operational support to ensure the factory remains compliant, safe, well-maintained, and audit-ready. The role focuses on creating an efficient operating setting that enables smooth production.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage factory administration, infrastructure, utilities, housekeeping, security, and facility operations.
- Ensure compliance with factory laws, labour laws, fire safety, pollution control, statutory licenses, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain the factory for buyer, social, safety, and compliance audits.
- Oversee health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices, including fire safety, PPE, emergency preparedness, and safety training.
- Supervise maintenance of building, electrical, plumbing, generators, compressors, CCTV, fire systems, and other facility assets.




- Manage vendors and contractors for housekeeping, security, maintenance, canteen, transport, pest control, and civil works.
- Coordinate with Production, HR, Accounts, Procurement, Quality, and Stores to resolve factory-level operational issues.
- Maintain records for licenses, statutory compliance, audits, assets, maintenance, and vendor management.
- Monitor facility expenses and support cost control initiatives.

Required Experience
- 8–15 years of experience in factory administration, compliance, facility management, or plant operations.
- Experience in textile, apparel, footwear, home textiles, plush toys, bags, or other labour-intensive manufacturing industries preferred.
- Experience in factory setup and buyer/social compliance audits will be an added advantage.

- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, labour laws, factory administration, and safety regulations.
