Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should possess robust expertise in ITSM, ServiceNow Integrations, and Platform Analytics. Experience with Virtual Agent is highly desirable and will be considered an added advantage. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-quality ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules. Implement and customize ServiceNow ITSM processes, including: Incident Management Problem Management Change Management Request Management Service Catalog Knowledge Management Develop and support integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and other integration technologies. Create and maintain workflows, Flow Designer flows,



business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, and ACLs. Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics using Platform Analytics. Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve platform-related issues and performance bottlenecks. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices. Support platform upgrades, patching activities, and release management processes. Prepare technical documentation, design documents, and deployment plans.
