Your work will directly shape how JobsUPI plans, builds, and scales its fulfilment operations.
--Cross-functional communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between stakeholders - job providers and job seekers to unblock operational bottlenecks and streamline project delivery
--Issue resolution: Troubleshoot operational challenges and coordinate responses to ensure quality standards
--Process optimisation: Collect on-the-ground operational feedback during calls to suggest process improvements or standard operating procedure (SOP) refinements.
Streamline day-to-day operations by designing, implementing, and updating procedural documentation
--Data analysis and reporting: Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), generate performance dashboards, and identify operational bottlenecks
--Call Logging and CRM Updates: Document all call details, feedback, and action items in the company database to maintain accurate records
