Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager, based in Rajarhat with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Sales Manager will oversee end-to-end sales activities, including managing client inquiries, conducting property presentations and site visits, and guiding clients through the entire transaction cycle. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships,



identifying current business opportunities, and achieving sales targets through proactive prospecting and follow-ups. The Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate property information, competitive pricing strategies, and timely closure of deals. Regular reporting on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback will be required to support strategic planning.

- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in real estate or related sectors.
