A B2B Sales Manager at Warehouse Now will be responsible for driving enterprise client acquisition, managing long sales cycles in warehousing and logistics, and ensuring revenue growth through structured pipeline management and consultative selling. The role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution, focusing on e-commerce, FMCG, and supply-chain clients across India.

Core Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition Identify, prospect, and onboard enterprise clients in industries like FMCG, e-commerce, pharmaceuticals, and retail distribution.
- Pipeline Management Build and maintain a robust pipeline using CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot), ensuring 3x coverage of quarterly targets.
- Sales Strategy Develop territory plans, segment accounts, and tailor solutions for warehousing, fulfillment, and supply-chain optimization.
- Consultative Selling Understand client pain points (inventory, distribution, compliance) and position Warehouse Nows flexi-warehousing and logistics solutions.




- Negotiation & Closure Lead commercial negotiations, finalize contracts, and ensure smooth onboarding with operations and compliance teams.
- Stakeholder Engagement Build long-term relationships with CXOs, supply-chain heads, and procurement leaders.
- Collaboration Work closely with operations, product, and customer success teams to deliver seamless service.

Key Skills & Requirements
- Experience: 4 to 7 years in enterprise B2B sales, preferably in logistics, warehousing, SaaS, or supply-chain solutions.
- Communication: Solid presentation and negotiation skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Tools: Proficiency in CRM platforms and data analytics for forecasting.
- Market Knowledge: Understanding of warehousing, fulfillment, and supply-chain challenges in India.
- Travel: Willingness to travel across major business hubs for client meetings and industry events.
