Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Desktop Support Specialist role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Desktop Support Specialist will provide day-to-day technical support for desktop computers, printers, and related hardware and software across the organization.



Responsibilities include installing and configuring systems, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, managing user requests and support tickets, and performing routine maintenance. The role involves coordinating with IT teams on escalated incidents, documenting solutions, and contributing to continuous improvement of support processes. The specialist will interact regularly with internal users, ensuring stable operations and a reliable, secure desktop environment.

Qualifications
