Role Description
The Global Business Development Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for identifying and developing international business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding Novateches’ presence across global markets.



Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, defining go-to-market strategies, managing the sales pipeline, and leading negotiations with prospective clients and partners. The Manager will collaborate with product, marketing, and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs and ensure smooth onboarding and account management. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, preparing business plans and forecasts, and representing the company at industry events and client meetings.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated skills in International Business Development and International Sales, with experience growing technology or software-driven offerings in global markets.
- Strong Business Planning capabilities, including market analysis, forecasting, and developing data-driven go-to-market strategies.
