We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance function in our manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring maximum equipment availability, reducing machine downtime, implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and leading a team of maintenance engineers and technicians while maintaining safety and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure maximum machine uptime and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Lead and mentor the maintenance team to achieve operational targets.
- Monitor PLCs, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and utility systems.
- Analyze recurring equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Plan annual shutdown maintenance and coordinate with production teams.
- Manage spare parts inventory and optimize maintenance costs.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, TPM, 5S, and safety standards.
- Prepare maintenance reports, KPIs, downtime analysis, and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability.
