Position - Placement Coordinator – Hospitality Program
Qualification

- Candidates with experience in placements, recruitment, training, or field operations will be preferred.
About the Role
Pratham Education Foundation is looking for energetic and passionate Placement Coordinators to support the placement and career development of students enrolled in our Hospitality Skill Development Program. The ideal candidate should be willing to travel, build industry partnerships, and help youth secure sustainable employment opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Student Placement
- Coordinate placements for students completing hospitality training programs.
- Conduct career guidance, interview preparation, and employability sessions.
- Organize campus interviews, placement drives, and recruitment events.
- Track student placement status and post-placement retention.
Employer Engagement
- Develop and maintain relationships with hotels, restaurants, resorts, catering companies, and other hospitality employers.
- Identify new placement opportunities and industry partnerships.
- Coordinate recruitment schedules with employers.
