The Manufacturing leader – Fabrication shop COE is a pivotal role within any industrial organization, tasked with overseeing all aspects of all day-to-day manufacturing operations. This position requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of manufacturing operations. The Manufacturing leader – Fabrication COE is responsible for ensuring the productive and cost-effective production of goods, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. Responsible for developing an enthusiastic, motivated, and flexible team by building working relationships ensuring that Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are adhered to. Manage the team on best practice and establish standard policies and procedures whilst also mentoring and leading teams. Implement and manage continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing principals by highlighting deficiencies and recommending changes in training, working practices and processes.

Responsibilities
- Contribute to the creation & implementation of best practices and manufacturing vision,



strategy, objectives, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.
- Identify business improvement opportunities within the organisation.
- Develop, implement, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility.
- Effectively and efficiently manage the production of the required daily/weekly/monthly targets in line with customer specifications, meeting quality and delivery expectations, minimising costs where possible and ensure the required best working practices are always maintained.
- Responsible for Fabrication shop production, financial performance, meeting customer requirements and maintaining the orderly and productive operation of planned activities.
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Implement and enforce Built in Quality measures
