Role Description
The Assistant Branch Manager – Sales is a full-time, on-site role based at the Aakash center in Kota.



This role is responsible for supporting overall branch sales operations, including driving admissions, implementing local sales strategies, and meeting enrollment and revenue targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include counseling prospective students and families, managing leads, conducting follow-ups, and organizing seminars, events, and outreach activities with schools and coaching institutes. The Assistant Branch Manager – Sales collaborates with academic, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a smooth student experience from enquiry to enrollment, while maintaining accurate sales reports and MIS data. The role also involves supervising and mentoring branch sales staff, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to company processes and service standards.
