- Maintain accurate records of quotes and rate approvals.
- Prioritize cargo based on yield, profitability, and customer segmentation.
3. Customer Service & Relationship Management
- Manage booking requests and respond to customer queries and e-bookings promptly.
- Follow-up on current business leads and customer inquiries
- Inform and keep customers updated at all times on TK products, services, and other cargo compliances of TK CGO.
