Key Responsibilities
- Integrations Management Drive integrations with leading HR tech ecosystems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, MS Teams, Slack, etc)
- Define integration requirements, map data flows, and work with engineering to ensure high scalability and interoperability
- Partner with external vendors and internal stakeholders to manage end-to-end integration lifecycles
- Conversational Platform Development Shape and enhance the AI-powered conversational layer that drives employee interaction
- Collaborate with data science teams to fine-tune conversational intelligence and response quality
- Leverage analytics to continuously improve the conversational UX and personalization
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality releases on time
- Support go-to-market, training, and adoption initiatives in partnership with marketing and customer success teams




- Analytics & Continuous Improvement Define success metrics and measure feature adoption and engagement
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to drive prioritization and iteration decisions

What Were Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in Product Management preferably in SaaS or HR Tech domains
- BE in Computer Science or related field + MBA (preferred in Product Management, Technology Management, or AI specialization)Robust technical acumen you understand APIs, data models at a conceptual level
- Exposure to AI/ML concepts, especially in conversational AI or NLP-based applications
- Experience collaborating with engineering teams on integrations or platform products
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills with a bias for action
- A self-starter mindset comfortable operating in a high-velocity, agile environment
