Role Description
The Operational Specialist is a full-time, hybrid role based in Gurugram, with a mix of on-site event support and some work-from-home responsibilities. This role oversees the end-to-end operational execution of events, including planning logistics, coordinating venues and vendors, managing registrations, and monitoring event timelines.



The Operational Specialist will track and analyze event performance, streamline processes, and ensure smooth, efficient operations that enhance guest experience. Daily tasks include coordinating with sales and marketing teams, maintaining operational documentation, handling on-ground event setup, and resolving issues quickly and professionally. The role also involves supporting budget management, implementing standard operating procedures, and contributing to continuous improvement of event formats and processes.

Qualifications
