Role Description

We are looking for a result-driven
Digital Marketing & Sales Executive
who can take complete ownership of our multi-channel digital presence and ad campaigns. In this role, you will be given a specific marketing budget and will be responsible for maximizing ROI. You will manage cross-platform advertising, cold outreach, community building, and basic content creation to scale our domestic and international brand presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Budget & ROI Management:
Efficiently manage allocated marketing budgets and ensure the highest possible Return on Investment (ROI).
- Cross-Platform Paid Ads:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across
Google Ads
,
Facebook/Instagram Ads
, and
Pinterest Ads
.
- Outreaching & Cold Emailing:




Run targeted B2B/B2C outreach campaigns and cold email sequences to generate quality leads.
- Community Outreach & Engagement:
Build and nurture brand presence across platforms like
Reddit
, relevant community forums, and
Pinterest
.
- Content Creation & Posting:
Create engaging digital content (images, copies) and handle scheduling/posting across all platforms.
- Minimal Editing:
Perform basic/minimal video and image editing to make creatives production-ready.
- KPI & CRM Tracking:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), manage leads through our CRM system, and generate regular performance reports.

Qualifications & Skills Required
- Proven experience in maintaining and improving
ROI
on digital ad spend.
- Hands-on experience with
Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Pinterest/Reddit marketing

- Strong command over
Cold Emailing
and B2B outreach strategies.
- Familiarity with
