Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on
Senior Performance Marketing professional
to lead and scale our digital acquisition efforts across our health and nutrition product portfolio. This is a leadership role that requires both deep platform expertise and the ability to build, manage, and mentor high-performing in-house teams across performance marketing, marketplaces, and quick commerce.

The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer who lives and breathes campaign performance, stays ahead of every platform update,



and knows how to translate marketing spend into profitable, sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across
Google Ads (AdWords)
,
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Own the full-funnel digital acquisition strategy for Denzour's health and nutrition product range, driving measurable improvements in ROAS, CAC, and overall revenue.
- Build, lead, and mentor an in-house performance marketing team
— hiring, training, and managing your own team to deliver against ambitious growth targets.
- Stay continuously updated on the
latest developments across Meta and Google
, with a solid working understanding of platform algorithms, and proactively adapt strategy to platform and market changes.
