About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to join our Bengaluru team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing customer relationships, and promoting industrial equipment, machinery, and automation solutions. This role is ideal for professionals with strong technical aptitude and a passion for consultative sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop current business opportunities within the industrial equipment, machinery, and automation sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
- Conduct customer meetings, product presentations, and site visits.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal technical and service teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.




- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and CRM updates.
- Travel within the assigned territory as required for customer engagement.

Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 2 5 years of sales experience in industrial equipment, machinery, automation, or related engineering products.
- Strong understanding of industrial sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer accounts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Skills
- Technical knowledge of industrial machinery, automation systems, or manufacturing equipment.
