We are seeking an entrepreneurial and highly driven
Co-Founder & Chief Business Officer

to lead business strategy, partnerships, revenue growth, and market expansion. This is a founder-level role for someone who wants to build and scale, not simply manage.

The Ideal Candidate :
- Graduate from a premier business school
- 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, partnerships, or enterprise growth
- Strong network across healthcare, wellness, technology, insurance, corporate wellness, or related sectors
- Proven experience building and scaling revenue channels
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and founder-level ownership
- Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate

Key Responsibilities :
- Define and execute Stilwater’s go-to-market and revenue strategy
- Build partnerships with nutritionists, yoga professionals, health coaches, wellness organizations, corporates,



and healthcare stakeholders
- Develop scalable B2B sales and distribution channels
- Lead enterprise sales, strategic alliances, and business expansion
- Work closely with the founding and product teams to shape the company’s long-term direction
- Represent Stilwater across investor, partner, and industry conversations
