Job Description

We are looking for candidate for the post of Die Corrector.

Requirement:
Minimum
5 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Aluminium Extrusion Die Correction for 6", 8", 9", and 10" presses,
with proven expertise in die troubleshooting, correction, optimization, and extending die life.

Lead die shop production planning and control to maximize productivity, machine utilization, and on-time delivery.

Conduct technical feasibility studies for new profiles and collaborate with production, marketing, and die manufacturers to improve die performance, first-trial success rates, and reduce die failures and costs.
- Manage die maintenance, backup tooling, documentation, and continuous process improvements with strong knowledge of aluminium extrusion processes, blueprint reading, GD&T;, tooling setup, and inspection practices.





Candidate Profile & Work Experience:
- Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical, Diploma in Mechanical, Diploma in Tool & Die making, or ITI
- Able to examine the problem in multiple angles to get more innovative ideas
- Effective communicator with excellent relationship and management skills
- Strong analytical skills and able to prioritise and plan effectively
- Additional Skills Required:
Positive in System software: - SAP, Windows OS, Internet, Google Workspace
