We are looking for an experienced
Senior Business Analyst
to support the implementation of a strategic
Global Credit Solution (GCS)
, a large-scale transformation programme that will modernize Credit Risk capabilities across global Trading & Supply operations.

This role combines
Business Analysis, Credit Risk, Trading & Supply, Agile delivery, and data analytics and stakeholder management
, offering the prospect to work on a centralized platform that improves exposure monitoring, collateral management, credit decision-making, and operational efficiency across multiple regions.

What You'll Do

Business Analysis
- Elicit, analyze, document,



and manage business and functional requirements.
- Lead stakeholder workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and solution walkthroughs.
- Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, process models, and acceptance criteria.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate delivered solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor between business stakeholders and technology teams.
- Manage multiple priorities while ensuring successful project delivery.

Credit Risk & Trading
- Support Credit Risk processes across Trading & Supply operations.
- Analyze and improve Credit Risk reporting, including exposure, credit limits, collateral, controls, and credit reviews.
- Work with Credit Risk concepts such as
Probability of Default (PD), Loss Given Default (LGD), Expected Credit Loss (ECL), Potential Future Exposure (PFE), and collateral management.
- Support commodity trading processes
